The fire risk assessments that we undertake will assess the fire risks, fire safety precautions and procedures in place within your premises against established standards and guidance. A full site specific survey will be undertaken and a full written report provided outlining any risks hazards and actions to be taken, in addition this risk assessment will be provided in electronic format. 

The report will be in a simple, easy to understand format providing indications of hazardous risks etc. We will suggest solutions and the addition of digital photography will enhance the understanding of the report. They are concise, easy to understand and most importantly easy to use as working documents.


As part of the fire risk assessment we will;

  • identify potential fire hazards and any mitigating factors
  • advise on measures to reduce the hazards to an acceptable level and management of existing risk
  • review existing fire safety provision
  • help you to comply with current fire safety law and manage the risk to your business

The written fire risk assessment following the survey will include the following;

  • an overview of fire safety management
  • Full fire risk assessment with: the means of escape; means for giving warning in case of fire; arson prevention; ignition sources; documentation; emergency lighting; fire signage and notices; dangerous substances; staff fire safety training; fire fighting equipment; fixed installations; emergency plan; fire drills and evacuation.
